Anne-Laure Despeaux

Anne-Laure DESPEAUX is the Director of Employer Branding for the LVMH Group. Graduated from ESCP Europe, she has spent the first 12 years of her career working in marketing / communication for the Wines and Spirits industry, mostly with Moët Hennessy and Pernod Ricard, in France and in the USA. Since 2013, she’s leading the Employer Branding strategy for LVMH. Her main missions include employer branding, international school relations and partnerships, programs targeted at LVMH early career professionals. She has created the INSIDE LVMH initiative, focused at helping students to better understand LVMH large variety of jobs, careers and opportunities. The program was first launched in Europe in 2016, before evolving to a digital version, that was expanded to China in 2019.
